* Endgame members must be respectful towards guild members and non-guild members in game and on vent. 
o THIS MEANS IN PUG GROUPS, PUG RAIDS, AND IN THE CITIES. 
+ Don't be rude to other people if we hear about it then 

# 1. You wont raid. 
# 2. If you keep it up then we will kick you from the guild. 

o WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY DISRESPECT OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T START IT. 

* Endgame members are expected to be present and listening when boss fights are being explained. 

o If you go afk during a boss fight explanation you will be replaced. 

o DON'T TALK OVER ANY OF THE OFFICERS. 


o Don't question officers suggestions on vent if you need to make a suggestion do it in a whisper to them. 
+ We have alot of confusion on vent so if you have an idea whisper in game, not shout it out. 

* Endgame members must declare a main character and a main spec for that character. 
o We want you to work on offsepec gear though we might need you to respec when needed. 
o Don't horde your DKP, if its an upgrade its and upgrade so take it. 

* Endgame members are expected to work as a team. 
o We are all here for one reason to work hard and get to the top. 
o Petty bickering about gear and groups is stupid and we don't like to hear about it. 
+ If its a reasonable complaint its fine to talk to us about, sometimes mistakes happen.
